Freshly Picked Greens

Freshly picked arugula, amaranth, and assorted baby lettuce from our garden. I quadruple washed to get rid of the garden soil. The easiest way to wash salad greens is to place in a large basin or bowl, fill with cold water, dunk and swish the greens, scoop out into a colander, inspect the water then dump and rinse the basin and repeat until the water is clean.
